With novel circumstances placing pressure on most around the globe, I’m offering daily 30-min. long guided mindfulness practice for a week, safely and comfortably from home via zoom.
These free calls are a chance for us to come together and, through mindfulness and breathing practice, re-connect with the wisdom of our body and being--much needed now in this period of intense stress.
In the 30-min. call, we will spend 5-min. on check-in, around 20 min. on guided practice, and the rest on quick group sharing.
For the registration, please choose one session, either morning or evening.
