Wholeness in U: Connect to the Strength in You

After the very positive response to the first week of our group call, I am offering free guided morning meditation calls starting on Monday, April 6. I am planning to offer the calls for the period of the lockdown, until the end of May.

Join us if you feel like building a new healthy routine, connecting with others, or just giving yourself the gift of a silent space in these unusual circumstances to connect with yourself.

These free calls are a chance for us to come together and, through mindfulness and breathing practice, re-connect with the wisdom of our body and being--much needed now in this period of intense stress.

In the 30-min. call, we will spend 5-min. on check-in, around 20 min. on guided practice, and the rest on quick group sharing.
